- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours - Don’t worry if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email — your order is still on its way!
- Orders usually arrive within 3 working days post-dispatch, via Royal Mail or Parcel Force (please allow extra time in the lead up to Christmas)

Buying a gift and worried about the chosen colour or size for your recipient? Don't worry!
You have until 14th January 2026 to exchange any products ordered after 1st November 2025
Please include your full name, order number (e.g., #12345), and what you’d like to exchange for (plus your full shipping address)

Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please send it back within 14-days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition, to the below address:

Return postage is covered by the customer — we recommend using a Tracked or Signed-For service, as we can’t take responsibility for any lost parcels
*Refunds exclude the original postage cost, unless paid for by the customer

Make sure your postal details (inc. house name/number and postcode) are full and correct when ordering

Sale and Black Friday items are non-refundable

Items with animal hair, strong scents, or signs of washing will NOT be refunded.
