
Christmas 2025 Delivery Information 🎄
Our final guaranteed Christmas delivery date is Sunday 14th December.
We will continue to process orders until we close for Christmas on 22nd December, but any orders placed after 14th December cannot be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
We ship using Royal Mail, whose latest Christmas posting date for 2025 is 17th December. However, please remember that all items require embroidery, so we must close guaranteed orders earlier to allow time for production.
We do hold some ready-made stock items, so you may still receive orders placed after the 14th in time — but we cannot promise this and do not want to be held responsible if they arrive after Christmas.

Order Processing and Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (working days) - Don’t worry if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email — your order is still on its way!
- Orders usually arrive within 3 working days post-dispatch, via Royal Mail or Parcel Force (please allow extra time in the lead up to Christmas due to delayed deliveries coming into us and extra strain on postal services, as well as out team) If you haven't received your order 7days after ordering, do please feel free to contact us so we can update you.
Christmas Exchange Notice
Buying a gift and worried about the chosen colour or size for your recipient? Don't worry!
You have until 14th January 2026 to exchange any products ordered after 1st November 2025
Please include your full name, order number (e.g., #12345), and what you’d like to exchange for (plus your full shipping address)

Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please send it back within 14-days of delivery, unworn and in its original condition, to the below address:

Return postage is covered by the customer — we recommend using a Tracked or Signed-For service, as we can’t take responsibility for any lost parcels
*Refunds exclude the original postage cost, unless paid for by the customer

Make sure your postal details (inc. house name/number and postcode) are full and correct when ordering

Sale and Black Friday items are non-refundable
