Order Processing and Delivery
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (Working Days - Mon to Fri) - Don’t worry if you haven't received a shipping confirmation email — your order is still on its way!
- Orders usually arrive within 3 Working Days post-dispatch, via Royal Mail or Parcel Force - If you haven't received your order 7 working days after ordering, do please feel free to contact us so we can update you.
Exchanges [Valid when received inside 28 Days from delivery date]
Please include in return parcel a note with your full name, order number (e.g., #12345), and what you’d like to exchange for (plus your full shipping address)

Returns
If you’d like to return an item, please send it back within 14-days of delivery, in brand new condition, to the below address:

Return postage is covered by the customer — we recommend using a Royal Mail Tracked or Signed-For service, as we can’t take responsibility for any lost parcels
*Refunds exclude the original postage cost, unless paid for by the customer

Make sure your postal details (inc. house name/number and postcode) are full and correct when ordering

All “Stand With a Farmer” products are exchange only

Sale and Black Friday items are non-refundable

Items with animal hair, strong scents, or signs of washing will NOT be refunded.
