Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 WORKING DAYS however, please allow 10 working days before feeling concerned and be mindful of postal strikes.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please return it to: Halow Farm, Penwithick, St.Austell, Cornwall, PL26 8YH with your name, order number and what you'd like to exchange for OR if you'd like a refund. Please include your postal address if you are wanting to exchange an item. Refunds will be less the initial postage fee.
Return postage is not currently covered by us. We advise you send via a tracked or signed for service as we won't be held responsible for any lost parcels being returned to us.
Upon purchasing, please ensure you have filled in the form with the correct and best postal address including your house name or number and full postcode. For some reason this can often be missed off the form.
Whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived, we offer a transparent returns policy if the garment is 'just not for you'. You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way we will refund or exchange the garment but ONLY it is returned unworn and in its ORIGINAL CONDITION (as you received it) within 14 days of being delivered. In alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations our returns period for a refund/exchange is to notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and returning items within 14 days unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund. Sale and Black Friday deals are non-refundable but can be exchange subject to availability. Due to the nature of the message "stand with starmer" logos are non refundable
Please note: Items covered in animal hair or items that have been washed/smell of washing detergent will NOT be refunded.
The physical and mental well being of our team is our utmost priority. Consequently, seemingly rude or blunt messages will NOT be replied to. If you believe your polite message has been missed, please resend it.
Faulty items
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us via email at backbritishfarmingofficial@gmail.com. Please note that messages via social media often get lost.
Wrong item
In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt. Please be assured, wrong items are easy to resolve as all parcels are packed under camera so it is easy for us to look up what happened should a mistake be made.
